Quality Inspector

  • AM shift 6a-6pm -$18.00
  • PM - shift 6p-6a -$18.75

Job Summary:
The IPQC Inspector is responsible for monitoring and verifying product quality during the manufacturing process to ensure all materials and finished goods meet company and customer standards. This role plays a critical part in identifying defects early, maintaining compliance, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-process inspections at various production stages to ensure product quality and compliance
  • Monitor production lines and verify adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Conduct visual and measurement-based inspections using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Identify defects, deviations, or non-conforming materials and report findings immediately
  • Document inspection results accurately in logs, systems, or quality reports
  • Ensure all products meet customer specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
  • Work closely with production teams to address quality concerns and prevent recurring issues
  • Perform first article inspections and line clearances when required
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes
