Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality craftsmanship? We are seeking a dedicated Installer to join our dynamic team. If you have a background in construction and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!
Position: Installer III

Location: Hayward, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $1250 per 2-3 day install + incentives for add-ons
Gas Stipend: $500 Monthly
Benefits: Full Health, dental, vision, and 401k are provided after 60 days of employment

Key Responsibilities:
- Install products according to company standards and client specifications.
- Ensure all installations are completed efficiently and to the highest quality.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and other team members to meet project deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns during and after installation.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.


Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction or installation roles including plumbing using PEX A
- Experience with Sentrel products preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable truck or vehicle suitable for hauling job materials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
