Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home visits and safety assessments for child and family cases
• Develop and monitor safety and service plans
• Document all case activities accurately and thoroughly
• Support families through intervention and resource coordination
• Prepare court reports and provide recommendations as needed
• Collaborate with community agencies, law enforcement, and legal entities
• Maintain compliance with state and agency policies

What You Need

Required

• Valid Indiana social work license or willingness to obtain
• Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic understanding of child safety and welfare procedures

Preferred

• Prior experience in child welfare or family services
• Knowledge of local community resources
• Cultural competency and interpersonal skills
