What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive general dental care to adult patients
• Perform examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other standard procedures
• Collaborate with support staff, including hygienists, dental assistants, and office management
• Follow clinical protocols and ensure patient safety and satisfaction
• Document patient records accurately in the electronic dental record system
• Manage a busy schedule with an average patient volume of approximately 55 patients in the assigned operatories

What You Need

• Active state dental license in Oklahoma or eligibility to obtain one
• Minimum of 3+ years of general dentistry experience
• Strong clinical skills in restorative procedures, extractions, and patient management
• Ability to work efficiently within a team and handle a high-volume practice
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

This assignment is at a reputable facility in Oklahoma City, featuring 10 operatories and a supportive team comprising general dentists, specialists, hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff. The practice offers a comprehensive, adult-focused dental service environment with a focus on quality patient care and clinical excellence. Credentialing can be completed within 7-12 days, allowing for a swift start. The clinic operates on a daytime schedule, providing a predictable work routine for optimal work-life balance.
