Job Description - Facilities Technician

Primary Responsibilities :

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders for facility systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other installed equipment and components.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and due diligence assessments, documenting conditions that may impact client occupancy or operational efficiency.
• Carry out general interior maintenance tasks such as :

Hanging pictures and installing keyboard trays

Estimated compensation for this position :

3,123.00 - 31.23 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.

Location : On-site -Everett, WA
