Key Accountabilities
• Collaborate with CIP staff, subject matter experts (SMEs), tecnology services, generation operations teams, as well as other Vistra personnel to deliver practical and effective engineering solutions in the area of CIP Compliance.
• Manage and execute a variety of engineering-based compliance projects as assigned.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
- Applicants must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents.
- Candidates must be currently enrolled in a four-year accredited institution, pursuing a Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline relevant to our needs, with a preference for electrical or computer engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required; familiarity with SharePoint is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential; presentation skills are considered an asset.
- Official transcripts from your academic institution must be received prior to the start date.
- Candidates must maintain good academic standing with their institution.
