The ideal candidate will have experience in:Groundwater and/or soil remediation and monitoring,Environmental site investigation and response alternatives,PFAS projects,CERCLA RI/FS, decision process, work plan, reporting,Periodic remedy review,Property transfer and land use controls,Project coordination and management.Capabilities we seek:Prepare or review regulatory compliance reports, work plans, and special studiesMaintain organized records of comment resolution status, provide status updates, and track completion to client satisfactionmunicate technical concepts, evaluation results, plans, reports, etc. during work team meetings; ensure conformance with applicable technical standards and work plan requirements.Collaborate with other team members.Coordinate with contractors, clients, regulatory agencies and other stakeholdersmunicate with community members.Prepare and manage, scopes, budgets and schedules.Develop effective meeting agendas, produce meeting summaries, track action items and changes.Anticipate client needs and identify solutions.Utilize skills and knowledge to develop solutions to complex problems.Job description: Technical support. Use knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations, and standards and policies.Provide technical support of environmental due diligence documents such as Environmental Condition of Property (ECP), Finding of Suitability to Transfer (FOST), and Covenant to Restrict Use of Property (CRUP); and work with the stakeholders to reach comment resolution and task completion.Meetings. Provide technical assistance to manage internal meetings and meetings with regulatory agencies. Develop meeting agendas with input from the client and other project leaders; participate in meetings; develop or review meeting summaries; and document, identify and track action itemsmunity relations support. In coordination with the client and the community outreach office: facilitate or support community outreach actions; coordinate project activities with local agencies and other stakeholders; provide technical support to community outreach events and associated preparatory meetings; review and comment on fact sheets, newsletters, and public notices; and develop responses to community comments on released documents and notices.Other support. Align work activities appropriately with other related project aspects such as: munitions response and prescribed burn programs. Participate in assigned tasks.Basic Qualifications:4-year degree in environmental sciences, environmental management, or engineering sciences.
