At Teledyne ETM, we design and build cutting-edge high-voltage and high-power electronic subsystems that power communications, radar/EW, test and measurement, medical, and security markets worldwide. Our products thrive in the toughest environments, and so do we—because we’re committed to helping our customers succeed.

What’s the role?

We’re offering a full-time paid summer internship where an Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Computer) Student can gain hands-on experience working with our team of engineers in an exciting and growing Bay Area firm. This is a temporary position.

  • Support testing and/or engineering analysis
  • Assist a Senior Engineer with minor design tasks
  • Support integration of assemblies into larger systems
  • Obsolescence and qualification support – help determine suitable component replacements and assist in building qualification plans
  • Help investigate non-conformance issues and assist in writing failure analysis reports
  • Other duties as assigned

What will you need?

  • 1–3 years of completed coursework in Engineering discipline (electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, computer)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee, or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce

Why You’ll Love Working Here
