Stryker Engineering interns will get to : Support the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for innovative medical products Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and regulated industry Apply classroom knowledge to real-world manufacturing challenges Implement new ideas, be constantly challenged, and develop your skills Intern, Engineering : The Engineering Intern collaborates with cross-functional teams to support the implementation and improvement of manufacturing processes. They assist with process validations, equipment qualifications, and documentation updates to ensure compliance and efficiency. These interns contribute to projects focused on improving product quality, reducing costs, and increasing throughput. They utilize their technical education to work with production and engineering teams to support the introduction of new products and the optimization of existing processes. What you need : Third year B.S. in engineering completed Strong analytical skills and presentation skills Effective interpersonal skills Basic PC skills Bilingual (English and Spanish) Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
