  • Lead engineering governance processes to ensure consistency, quality, maintainability, and scalability across multiple global programs.
  • Guide technology roadmaps and evaluate emerging power generation technologies, advanced controls, renewable integration, and energy storage solutions.
  • Establish engineering best practices that improve reliability, operational resilience, lifecycle cost, and sustainability.

Technical Leadership

  • Provide engineering oversight throughout concept development, detailed design, construction, commissioning, and operational handoff.
  • Lead technical design reviews for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring compliance with Tier III/Tier IV reliability objectives and corporate standards.
  • Review engineering calculations, specifications, studies, and design documentation prepared by internal teams and external consultants.
  • Evaluate equipment selections and maintain strategic technical relationships with major OEMs, engineering consultants, and technology partners.
  • Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and Integrated Systems Testing (IST) to validate system performance and reliability.

Business & Operational Excellence

  • Support long-range capacity planning and infrastructure expansion strategies.
  • Partner with Procurement and Supply Chain to develop technical specifications, support bid evaluations, and optimize supplier performance.
  • Drive standardization initiatives that improve project execution, reduce lifecycle costs, and increase operational consistency across the enterprise.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, industry standards, corporate engineering requirements, and reliability objectives while continuously identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
