A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Customer Communication Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical direction while contributing code across .NET services, APIs, and orchestration workflows

Drive cloud-native designs and manage containerization and CI / CD pipelines

Coach and develop engineers, manage integrations, and lead incident management efforts

Required Qualifications

3+ years of engineering management experience leading software engineers

Strong hands-on .NET development experience

Cloud experience (AWS) in designing and operating production systems

Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI / CD

Knowledge of building high-throughput, event-driven services is preferred
