Job Title:

• Program Manager San Jose, CA About the job: FULL-TIME/PERMANENT DEPARTMENT: Program Management POSITION: Program Manager JOB FUNCTION: The Program Manager will be mainly responsible for managing the program implementation of a customer’s product through the contract manufacturing process.
• You will also be responsible for assigned projected planning, scheduling and oversight of hardware fabrication efforts, and ensure contractual deliveries are made on time and within budget.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• EDUCATION: BS/BA/master degree in engineering, business, management or a relevant field.
• Knowledge in electronic manufacturing and supply chain a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of 5 years in program management experience.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing industry is a plus.

LANGUAGE:

• Proficiency in English required.
• Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred but not required.

• Developing and maintaining program schedules.
• Supporting activities including preparing responses to RFQs.
• Estimating and tracking program timing.
• Holding cross-functional project status meetings.
