Summary:
HQ Aero is currently recruiting for AVIONICS TECHNICIANS in EVERETT, WA

Responsibilities:
As an Avionics Technician, you will be required to:

Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, modify and service aircraft avionics, electrical and electronic equipment.
Document all work performed per regulations as required .
Should demonstrate ability to read/understand/interpret engineering drawings.
Operates in compliance with company safety practices and performs other duties as assigned.
Working on numerous aircraft types including Boeing //Airbus.

Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:

Previous Commercial MRO experience - Highly skilled.
Minimum of three () years of heavy aircraft maintenance experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience on //Airbus/Next Gen.
Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License - preferred.
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Standard Tool Kit required.
Criminal Background Check & Compliant to FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory.

Job Type:

Contract
Available to work weekends and overtime if needed.
Travel Pay Offered

Essential Job Functions

Able to Interpret maintenance manuals, wiring prints, and engineering drawings.
High level of professionalism and attention to details. Able to take direction and fit in with the team.
Good documentation skills for work performed and turnovers.
Work with little or no direction.
Physical Demands: The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to pounds. Good vision and depth perception.
Work Environment : FAR Part aircraft maintenance in a hangar and ramp environment.
