We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data into our database system
- Verify and correct data entries as needed
- Organize and maintain electronic files
- Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or related field
- Excellent typing and 10-key skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Contract Details:
This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The contract will be for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
