Join Our Team as an HVAC Entry-Level Service Technician!
This role offers a dedicated 4-day work week, with 3-4 three-day weekends per month, limited on-call responsibility, and 24/7 team support.

This isn't just a job. It's a grind. Our Entry-Level Service Technicians are the backbone of our operation - the ones who roll up their sleeves and get the job done, no matter what it takes. As you develop your skills, you'll be out there diagnosing, fixing, and maintaining HVAC systems like a pro, ensuring customers stay comfortable no matter the weather.
All new technicians will complete a 6-10 week training program on a Monday-Friday schedule before being assigned to their permanent 4-day work week team.
