ABOUT ADVANTIXX INSURANCE Advantixx Insurance Agency is an independently owned and operated Farmers agency serving individuals, families, and businesses from our Henderson, Nevada office. Employment is with Advantixx Insurance Agency, not Farmers Insurance Exchange or its affiliates.
Start a career in insurance with hands-on training and licensing support. We welcome motivated candidates who are not yet licensed, as well as newly licensed producers. You will learn our products, sales process, customer-service standards, and agency systems while working toward the Nevada Property & Casualty license required for producer duties. What you’ll do • Complete assigned licensing preparation and training. • Learn to identify customer needs and explain appropriate insurance solutions clearly. • Contact and professionally follow up with agency-provided leads and prospective customers. • Support quote preparation and customer conversations under appropriate supervision and within licensing rules. • Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and customer records in agency systems. • Build lasting customer relationships and generate referrals. • Meet training, activity, service, and sales expectations as you progress. • After required licensing and appointments are complete, quote and sell eligible Auto, Home, Renters, Business, Life, and other insurance products. What we’re looking for • No insurance license is required to apply. • Commitment and ability to obtain the required Nevada insurance license within the agency’s expected timeframe. • Strong communication, customer-service, and follow-up skills. • Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and coachable. • Comfortable learning new systems and working toward measurable goals. • Sales, customer service, banking, real estate, healthcare, or other client-facing experience is helpful but not required. • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus. What we offer • Licensing assistance, study guidance, professional training, and coaching. • Base compensation plus commission opportunities for eligible sales after licensing and appointment requirements are met. • Performance incentives and career-development opportunities. • PTO, paid holidays, and additional benefits for eligible full-time employees, subject to plan terms. • Growth paths that may include licensed producer, senior producer, account management, retention, and team leadership. Important licensing note Candidates who are not yet licensed will not perform activities that require an insurance license until all applicable licensing and appointment requirements are satisfied.
