With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world's most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.

Arcadis is looking for an Entry Level Management Consultant who is proactive, accountable, and eager to learn to join our quickly growing Digital Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) team. You will work with project teams to implement and deploy Environmental, Health, Safety, or Sustainability software and tools. This includes strategic planning, design, system configuration, training and rollout of software and tools. In Management Consultancy, you'll enhance our clients' performance by developing asset strategies and plans, and delivering them using information, technology, and behavioral change capabilities.

We are here to protect our natural environment and water resources, while powering our world for future generations.

In this entry level role, you will support teams in the successful design, configuration, implementation, and sustainment of EHS and sustainability software tools. You will work in teams and independently on tasks as part of the overall project execution, requiring strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strategic, solution-oriented mindset. Creating thinking and strategic approaches are key to success. Extensive training and onboarding will be provided. Travel is limited but required on a periodic basis.

  • Configure/deploy environmental health, safety and sustainability solutions; specific activities include drafting and publishing system design documents, configuring technical specifications and components within the solution, analyzing/migrating data, and developing custom reports/dashboards and automated interfaces.
  • Configuration of commercial off-the-shelf EHS&S software (i.e. Enablon, Intelex, Cority, Sphera, and other EHS&S software systems.)
  • Conduct system application testing, taking ownership to ensure all configurations meet client requirements and function as intended.
  • Interact and communicate with clients as needed for the implementation area of focus, demonstrating clear, professional, and confident communication.
  • Create project documentation:
    • Design specifications.
    • Quality assurance and testing templates.
    • Training guides.

The successful candidate will be a good communicator, accountable, and meticulous in their work, with a passion for client and project success. They will bring a strong technical foundation ideally demonstrated through academic coursework or hands-on experience with software configuration or development and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights and actions. This role requires someone who is not only eager to learn and grow, but also proactive problem-solving, and capable of thriving in both collaborative and independent settings. An interest in Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) software is also important, as this role involves working with digital tools to drive impactful solutions. Occasional travel to client sites nationwide is required (up to 30% travel).

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, information technology, computer science, management information systems, or related, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior internship or related work experience.
  • Experience with data management.
