Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Cook, you'll be pivotal in setting up and preparing your workstation with guidance from senior chefs. You'll maintain cleanliness, store food properly, and assist in delivering high-quality food and beverage items. This position is perfect for those eager to learn and grow while providing exceptional culinary experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently set up and organize your workstation for daily prep tasks.
- Prepare and store food items with adherence to our quality standards.
- Utilize proper cooking techniques for daily specials and various menu items.
- Assist in receiving and properly storing kitchen supplies.
- Manage items used by others, ensuring availability and freshness.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including tools and equipment.
- Communicate with chefs regarding food quality and special requests.
- Engage with members and guests professionally, fulfilling their requests.
- Support your team in maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
- Address and resolve any member or guest complaints promptly, notifying management as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
