Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented accounts receivable specialist to accurately apply incoming customer payments to outstanding invoices. This role involves researching and identifying payment discrepancies, such as short-pays and unidentified payments, and collaborating with the ar team to ensure customer funds are appropriately applied. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate documentation of payment application activity and provide support in preparing ar-related reports as needed.

Responsibilities :

• Accurately apply incoming customer payments to outstanding invoices.
• Research and identify payment discrepancies such as short-pays and unidentified payments.
• Collaborate with the ar team to ensure customer funds are appropriately applied.
• Maintain accurate documentation of payment application activity.
• Provide support in preparing ar-related reports as needed.

Work environment :

This is a fully remote role with flexible hours. One role is available from 8 am to 4 pm est, and two roles from 9 am to 5 pm est. The position offers an opportunity to earn a full-time role based on performance.

Pay and benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
