Sales Representative
We are in search of a Sales Representative who is passionate about helping businesses keep their facilities cleaner, healthier, greener, and safer. The primary responsibility of the Sale Representative is to drive and grow new business for BradyPLUS. In this role you will manage both emerging and established business relationships to ensure that the clients' needs and requirements are continuously met. You understand and anticipate how decisions are made, and you will persistently explore and uncover the business needs of clients. As your book of business grows you will enjoy reoccurring income that can be built upon month after month. This is a client facing position that requires a self-starting individual. Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for increasing sales within existing accounts, developing new business through target accounts, and personal and professional growth and development.
- Work collaboratively with a team to drive growth with new and existing customers.
- Develop high-level relationships to serve as a trusted consultant with major customers to optimize their spending.
- Generate business plans to define your business strategies and tactics.
- Understand and adapt to WAXIE's ongoing product and technology developments.
- Manage multiple cross-product opportunities and projects
- Create targeted presentations matching customer needs with WAXIE's comprehensive portfolio of solutions.
- Create a business plan for developing new business.
- Manage business activity and development through company required software programs.
- Identify customer needs. Recommend appropriate products, systems, and programs to expand product mix.
- Monthly and quarterly activity reviews.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Ability to drive to customer locations.
- Ability to interact professionally with vendors, customers and division personnel.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and build strong relationships
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, selling, and presentation skills.
- Training abilities to enhance customer knowledge.
- Ability to learn and utilize Salesforce
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
The pay range for this role is $85,000-$100,000 per year. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations. In addition to base pay, BradyPLUS offers a comprehensive benefits package to support the health and well-being of our associates and their families.
