Employment Opportunity : As an Entry-Level Security Officer, you will contribute to maintaining safe environments at critical facilities and public venues, as well as protecting valuable assets. This role is key to the specialized security services we provide to our clients daily.

    • Job Responsibilities :

  • Maintain visibility as a deterrent to crime.
  • Assist the public by answering questions and addressing minor issues.
  • Monitor access and egress of personnel at client facilities.
  • Quickly report incidents to appropriate personnel or emergency services.
  • Contact law enforcement or emergency personnel when necessary.
  • Inspect facilities for security and safety compliance.
  • Document any incidents, accidents, or unusual conditions accurately.

    • Qualifications :

  • Mental alertness and good judgment in executing instructions.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
  • Ability to carry out directives and compose clear reports.
  • Adept at monitoring security systems.

    • Requirements :

  • Physical exam required within six months prior to assignment.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Complete training in Security and Emergency Procedures, Crowd Control, and Public Relations.
  • Knowledge of state policies regarding workplace safety.
  • Training on electronic security systems is required.

    • Education & Experience :

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.

    • Licensing, Permits & Certifications :

  • Valid California Driver's License or ID is mandatory.
  • First Aid and CPR certification required.
  • Guard Registration card necessary.

    • Physical & Mental Requirements :

  • Ability to perform duties requiring moderate to strenuous physical effort.
  • Must be in general good health, with no conditions affecting job performance.
  • Vision requirements include correctable distance and near vision, and ability to distinguish colors.
  • Hearing must meet specified standards.
