  • Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate safety devices and equipment when performing operations.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and support continuous improvement efforts.

  • Familiarity with machine operation in a production setting.
  • Experience with electronic assembly, soldering, or adhesive bonding processes.
  • Previous work in roles requiring visual inspection and precision measurement.
  • Experience in food service or other fast-paced, process-driven environments that emphasize cleanliness and quality can be beneficial.

Why Work Here?

You will contribute directly to the production of life-enhancing cardiovascular medical devices in a professional, well-structured manufacturing environment. The organization promotes a culture of quality, safety, and teamwork, where clear procedures and standards support your success on the job. Employees benefit from a stable, process-driven workplace with opportunities to learn specialized cleanroom and medical device manufacturing skills. Referral incentives, such as bonuses for bringing in new team members who remain employed, demonstrate a commitment to rewarding employee engagement and contribution.
