Introduction
We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with planning, coordinating, and delivering successful events and promotional experiences. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing details, working with people, and contributing to a team in a dynamic environment. Training and guidance will be provided.
Responsibilities
Assist with coordinating event schedules, activities, and logistics.
Help organize event materials, supplies, and setup requirements.
Communicate with team members to confirm assigned responsibilities.
Welcome attendees and provide event-related information.
Support on-site event operations and help address routine needs.
Maintain organized and professional event spaces.
Assist with gathering feedback and identifying opportunities to improve future events.
