1st and 2nd Shift Cleanroom Medical Device Assembler

- This is a hands‑on, detail‑focused cleanroom role where you’ll assemble extremely small parts under a microscope.

- Use small hand tools to build and inspect delicate parts
- Follow cleanroom gowning procedures and contamination‑control standards
- Read and follow detailed work instructions to ensure accuracy and quality
- Maintain high attention to detail while meeting production goals
- Complete a hands‑on dexterity assessment during the hiring process
- Communicate with your team and support a positive, quality‑driven environment
- Follow all safety and company procedures in the cleanroom
- Ability to work under a microscope for long periods
- Comfortable using small tools for fine‑detail work
- Willingness to work long hours and consistent overtime
- Strong attendance and punctuality (especially during the first 90 days)
- Ability to work fully gowned in a cleanroom
- Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions
- Ability to pass a manual‑dexterity hand test
- Cleanroom experience is a plus, but not required
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
Work Environment:
- Full cleanroom environment with head‑to‑toe gowning
- Supportive team culture — talking is allowed as long as quality stays high
- Structured, quality‑driven, and ideal for people who like routine and precision
- Most employees work 10‑hour shifts, averaging 50–60 hours per week depending on production needs
- Shift Schedule is Monday through Saturday, 3:30pm to 12am (midnight)
- Mandatory Overtime
- Need to be open to working up to 10-12 hour days Monday-Friday and 8 to 10 hours on Saturdays.
- This won't be all the time but, the definitely need to be prepared and open to it.
- The managers will post the Saturday schedule on Wednesdays. Any requests for Saturdays off need to be requested before the schedule is posted on Wednesday. If requested after Wednesday, then Saturday will be mandatory for them and considered an unexcused absence if missed.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
