Trillium is now seeking Millwrights for a long-term maintenance position in Fitchburg, MA for a local papermill!

Candidates will be installing machinery and equipment according to blueprints, layout plans, and also be doing regular scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work. Must be able to troubleshoot equipment and make repairs on pumps, motors, conveyors, checking pulleys, etc. Will be utilizing all kinds of equipment, machines, power tools, and hand tools. Work is full time working about as many hours as possible. They work 10-12 hour shifts 6 days per week. Day and night shift is available with $1 increase for night shift.

Pay is negotiable around $27-32 DOE and if candidate is NCCER certified or not. This mill turns cardboard products into paper. Can also be on calls every once in a while. No per diem is offered at this time as it's full time. Company will provide uniforms but basic PPE is required along with hand tools.
