Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations at our Scottsdale location. As an Office Administrator, you will provide administrative support to leadership and staff, answer phone calls, manage calendars, and prepare reports. This is a full-time, in-office position that requires the ability to work on-site during regular business hours.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to leadership and staff
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documentation
Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper)
Assist with onboarding paperwork and HR-related administrative tasks
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Support special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Reliable transportation and ability to work in-office in Scottsdale, AZ
Salary: $19-$20.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
