10-4 Logistics USA is recruiting full-time W-2 Entry Level Class A CDL Truck Drivers based in Sherman, Illinois, for OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of I-35. This entry-level role is suitable for recent CDL graduates and drivers with limited experience; qualified candidates receive a paid training program and mentor support. Drivers are assigned late-model tractors and receive comprehensive benefits beginning on day one.
Employment type: Full-time W-2
Equipment: Assigned 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors
Typical freight: No-touch dry van; approximately 70% drop-and-hook for major customers across the Eastern U.S.

Primary responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT and company policies
- Transport no-touch dry van freight, executing scheduled pickups and deliveries
- Maintain accurate ELD records, trip reports, and DVIRs
- Perform and document daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Communicate professionally and proactively with dispatch, customers, and team members
Minimum requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Recent CDL school graduates with at least 120 hours of training qualify for the paid training program; experienced drivers also encouraged to apply
- Satisfactory driving record and demonstrated safety orientation
- Able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
