A company is looking for a Clinical Exercise Physiologist (Phase 3 Program Lead).

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of Phase 3 Clinical Exercise Physiologists, focusing on oversight and development

Serve as the primary clinical escalation point for complex patient scenarios

Drive quality and consistency through optimization of workflows and clinical processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalent (Master's preferred)

3+ years of clinical experience in cardiopulmonary rehab as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist

1+ years of leadership or management experience in a clinical setting

Proven ability to mentor and elevate the performance of other clinicians

Strong clinical judgment and comfort using data and technology for decision-making
