Exercise Physiologist at St Josephs Hospital - Chewelah
Schedule: Part time, 0.6 FTE, Day Shift
$5,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.
Under the general direction of the Manager or Supervisor of Rehabilitation Services, the Exercise Physiologist clinician provides direct patient care for outpatients by utilizing appropriate knowledge and skills in collaboration with other members of the health care team. This role provides skilled, creative discipline-specific therapeutic services to patients. The work includes standardized fitness assessments and exercise prescription of all assigned patients, and the development of a treatment plan. This role may supervise volunteers or other support personnel, as approved by department leadership.
