Community involvement is at the heart of our work. We regularly participate in local festivals and fairs, organize charitable initiatives like the One Warm Coat Drive, and support a variety of donation efforts throughout the year. Giving back isn't just part of our business-it's part of who we are.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, professional service to new and existing customers across multiple channels
- Answer coverage and billing questions, process policy changes, and resolve service requests
- Conduct coverage reviews to identify gaps and recommend appropriate products
- Build rapport with prospective customers and gather information for quotes
- Work with underwriting, service, and claims teams to resolve issues and advocate for customers
- Contribute to overall agency growth through cross-selling and relationship building
- Prior insurance or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and proactive work style
- Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with Windows-based systems and learning new processes
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Moraga office (full-time, in-office role)
- Active insurance licenses required (or ability to obtain before start date, as applicable).
- Candidates without an insurance license may still be considered if they have 5+ years of experience in a related or complementary field.
