Civil Superintendent - Florida

A Civil Construction Company in Florida is actively seeking a Civil Superintendent. The Superintendent will arrange the work and provide on-site leadership to foreman and crews. The Superintendent plans, coordinates, and supervises onsite functions including scheduling, material control, and day-to-day direction of field personnel. If you have a track record of safety and know how to lead a team while treating people well, we would like to talk with you.

Civil Superintendent

• 5+ years of experience with a stable work history in Civil Construction
• Manage foreman, subcontractors and equipment to meet project goals
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and drawings to ensure accurate completion
• Heavy civil experience including earthwork, underground utilities, grading, excavation etc.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
