Physical Therapist
Highlands Lake Center is hiring a Physical Therapist! Our mission is to personalize the wellness journey by providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation experiences that are designed around the needs of each individual. We are dedicated to promoting a better quality of life and transforming ordinary expectations into extraordinary outcomes.
Job Duties:
· Reviewing patients’ medical histories
· Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
· Developing individualized treatment plans for patients
· Outlining clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the plan
· Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury.
· Educating patients and family members about the recovery process
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Good decision making and judgment capabilities.
• Ability to identify and solve complex problems.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
The Successful Candidate Will:
· Successful completion of National Certification Examination
· Valid PT license in state of practice
