Infosys is seeking a React Native Lead Developer. In the role of Technology Lead, you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. At least 4+ years of experience with Information TechnologyAt least 4 years of experience in React NativePreferred6+ year’s overall experience in mobile app based front-end development in native and cross-platform mobile technologiesMin 4+ years of experience in React Native based cross-platform mobile application development for both iOS and AndroidExpertise in React Native components, libraries, framework upgrades, routing, SDK, Dev Tools, debugging and native modulesAbility to define cross-platform mobile app solution options, provide estimates on effort and risk, and evaluate technical feasibilityExperience in mobile application technical design, packaging, and deployment Experience in mobile app performance testing, tools and mobile security Experience in integrating complex mobile front-end pages with back-end APIs/microservicesExperience directly working on teams with DevOps responsibilitiesProficient in performing peer technical code reviews and pair programming activitiesKnowledgeable with version control systems (GitHub) and issue tracking (Jira)Ability to lead the team and take bottom-line responsibility of work delivered by the teamAbility to communicate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and with Clients Experience in leading onsite/offshore teamsProven track record of being self-directed, results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals despite ambiguity and multiple prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and business-facingExperience with Agile/Scrum ways of workingThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
