• Responsibilities;

Design, develop and maintain our Shopify storefront, ensuring a high-performing and responsive experience across all devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).

Customize Shopify themes to create unique and brand-aligned shopping experiences.

Integrate third-party applications and APIs to extend the store's capabilities and functionality.

Implement best practices to improve site speed performance.

Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search ranking.

Implement accessibility best practices to improve user experience for all users.

Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code.

Conduct regular and thorough testing to proactively identify concerns.

Troubleshoot and debug technical issues with minimal interruptions to end user.

Stay up to date on the latest Shopify features, trends, best practices and security protocols.

Qualifications; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on e-commerce development.

Expertise in Shopify development, including Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Experience with back-end technologies such as GraphQL, Node.js, Ruby, or PHP.

Proficiency with Shopify Plus features such as Flow, Scripts and custom checkout solutions.

Proficiency with version control systems, specifically Git.

Solid understanding of Shopify themes, templates, APIs and app development.

Solid understanding of e-commerce best practices and user experience (UX) principles.

Strong creative and critical thinking for problem-solving open issues.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through to achieve results.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners.
