Are you the life of the party?
The Paul Hernandez State Farm Agency is looking for a vibrant, outgoing Community Brand Ambassador to be the "face of our agency" at the most exciting events in our area! From local car shows and golf tournaments to community festivals and trade shows, you will be out in the community making friends and helping people protect what matters most.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Be the Expert Greeter: Attend local events (car shows, golf tournaments, trade shows, etc.) and proactively strike up conversations with attendees.
  • Represent the Brand: Introduce the community to the Paul Hernandez State Farm Agency with a friendly, professional, and helpful attitude.
  • Generate Leads: Your main goal is to get people excited about our services and successfully collect their contact information for our follow-up team.
  • Event Setup: Handle the "look and feel" of our booth, including setting up banners, tables, and marketing materials.
What We’re Looking For:
  • The "Extrovert" Factor: You genuinely enjoy talking to strangers and can maintain high energy throughout a long event.
  • Professionalism: You understand you are representing a trusted name in insurance and will act with integrity and friendliness.
  • Reliability: You must have your own reliable transportation to get yourself and small event kits to various locations.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (event tents, tables, and marketing swag).
  • Flexibility: This is a weekend-heavy role—you should be available for Saturday and Sunday events.
