  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials, including color, typography, imagery, and overall visual identity
  • Support the evolution of brand guidelines and contribute creative ideas to strengthen brand presence
  • Develop templates and visual assets within HubSpot for blogs, emails, and social media campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other internal teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to life
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output

UX/UI & Web Support

  • Update website content, imagery, and layouts as needed
  • Design and build landing pages aligned with campaign goals
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
  • Communicate design concepts and specifications effectively to developers
  • Apply a basic understanding of HTML/CSS (JavaScript knowledge is a plus)

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1 - 3 years of graphic design experience (internships or freelance work considered)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with Figma and/or Adobe XD
  • Familiarity with Canva Pro and marketing platforms such as HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

What You'll Bring

  • A creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role

Why Join Us?

  • Opportunity to build a diverse portfolio across multiple brands and industries
  • Exposure to a wide range of marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Collaborative team environment with opportunities for growth and development
  • Ability to make a direct impact on brand and marketing performance
