About the Role:
A & W Surveyors is looking for a marketing-minded, people-friendly team member to help get our name out there and keep great relationships with our clients. This role is mostly marketing and client communication, with some follow-up on invoices. If you’re organized, creative, and comfortable talking to people, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:
Marketing & Outreach:
  • Help promote A & W Surveyors and our services.
  • Keep our website, social media, and marketing materials up to date.
  • Assist with proposals, emails, and client communications.
  • Build and maintain client and developer contact lists.
  • Support networking and outreach efforts.

Client Support & Collections:
  • Be a friendly point of contact for clients.
  • Follow up on invoices and outstanding balances in a professional, respectful way.
  • Answer basic billing questions and route complex issues to management.
  • Keep accurate notes and records of client communications and payments.
  • Work closely with office staff and surveyors to support ongoing projects.
  • Help with general office and administrative tasks as needed.
