Summary

Maintenance staff is expected to maintain BRIDGE Property Management Company’s high standards in order to present the property in outstanding condition and provide residents with a safe, secure and well-maintained living environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance, repair, and cleaningof :
individual apartment units, includingunit turns / make-readywith respect tokitchen appliances,garbage disposals,faucets,toilets, locks, painting, re- caulking,and / orcarpet cleaning
