Lead Implementation Consultant (Change Implementation Consultant)
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Implementation Consultant in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will :
Serve as the Single Point of Coordination for the customer
Lead simple to complex implementation projects and coordinate the setup of Treasury Management products and services
Ensure that products are completed according to established timelines
Identify, and provide effective training methods for our customers
Collaborate and consult with peers and partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings while meeting customer's needs
Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activities
Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations on product best fit
Coordinate appropriate meetings
Communicate status to the customer and line partners
Proactively identify and resolve problems / issues
Required Qualifications :
- 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education

Salary Range :
Minneapolis, MN : $75,000.00 - $114,000.00 Annual range
Other locations above : $68,000.00 - $104,000.00 Annual range
Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
