A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee project execution for new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the implementation and operation team to ensure successful project completion
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to keep all parties informed on implementation progress
Identify and provide feedback on process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Management, or equivalent experience
2 years of experience in client implementation efforts and leading cross-functional teams
2 years of experience in evaluating operational reports and realigning delivery performance
2 years of experience within an enterprise Change management process
Ability to manage multiple client requests without overcommitting resources
