A company is looking for an Implementation Manager (Distribution) to oversee customer onboarding and optimize workflows with AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end customer onboarding and oversee customer go-live processes
Mentor and develop a team of Customer Success Representatives to enhance customer satisfaction
Analyze customer data to improve AI-driven automation and identify process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B distribution / supply chain software implementation
3+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams, preferably in B2B SaaS or distribution tech startups
Strong knowledge of B2B distribution operations and related workflows
Experience managing large-scale customer integrations and AI-driven automation solutions
Background in process optimization and program management
