Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, addressing their inquiries with care and efficiency.
Assist clients with policy-related questions, updates, and general support.
Process client information accurately and maintain detailed records.
Collaborate with the insurance agents to ensure seamless client experiences.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Contribute to a supportive and friendly office atmosphere.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A positive and approachable demeanor.
Proficiency with standard office software and CRM systems.
A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy office setting.
