In our ‘always on’ world, we believe it’s essential to have a genuine connection with the work you do.

How You’ll help us connect the world:

Are you excited by a challenge? Driven by learning and growth?

Then joining Vistance Networks’ information security team may be the right next step for you. In this role, you will serve as our senior individual contributor for Identity & Access Management (IAM). You will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, monitoring, and managing the IAM security tools and processes that protect our company.

Success in this role will require broad foundational understanding of IAM technologies, standards, and practices; threat actor methodologies; and secure system design. Ideal candidates will be willing to stretch their technical comfort zones by working on a broad range of IAM technical controls in an environment where your contribution will matter. Your work will be critical to Vistance Networks’ security and success.

Vistance Networks’ information security team takes pride in protecting the people, processes, and technologies that serve our customers, and their customers – the billions of people our products and services help to connect each day. Join us and pursue your personal best!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, maintain, and support IAM systems and controls, including CyberArk, Azure PIM, EntraID, Conditional Access Policies, MFA solutions, Azure B2C, and Active Directory.
  • Lead engineering efforts for both on-premises and cloud-based identity management technologies.
  • Develop and maintain IAM roadmaps, requirements, and architectures for cybersecurity projects.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for IAM standards and protocols (LDAP, Kerberos, RBAC, Privileged Access Management, SAML/SSL, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc.).
  • Collaborate with IT, security operations, and business units to integrate security requirements into IAM solutions.
  • Configure and support authentication and authorization technologies, including single sign-on and multi-factor authentication.
  • Participate in security team meetings, change management, and project delivery.
  • Conduct performance and efficacy testing of IAM solutions to ensure effective implementation meeting the risk objectives of the business.
  • Assist with answering technical questions from auditors and clients, specifically focused on identity governance and compliance objectives (e.g., SOX).
  • Recommend emerging IAM technologies and tools to address current and future threats.
  • Represent IAM interests to technical staff and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with increasing responsibility.
  • Hands-on experience with CyberArk, Azure PIM, EntraID, Conditional Access Policies, MFA solutions, Azure B2C, and Active Directory.
  • Proven knowledge of IAM standards and protocols: LDAP, Kerberos, RBAC, Privileged Access Management, SAML/SSL, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
  • Experience with identity governance and compliance objectives (SOX preferred).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and integrating IAM solutions.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with scripting and/or programming languages (e.g. PowerShell, Python, C, etc.).
  • Experience supporting compliance initiatives (SOX, GDPR, etc.).

This role is not budgeted for relocation and /or sponsorship now or in the future. ( NO H OR L2 EAD OR CPT OR OPT)
