The role of the eLearning Developer designs and maintains websites modules based on user needs, including content, performance, and multimedia integration.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
  • Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a geographically dispersed team.
  • A strong understanding of web development standards.
  • Ability to effectively present information to customers, management, and public groups.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design, create, and modify websites.
  • Analyze user needs to implement Web site content, graphics, performance, and capacity.
  • May integrate Web sites with other computer applications.
  • May convert written, graphic, audio, and video components to compatible Web formats by using software designed to facilitate the creation of Web and multimedia content.
  • Plans and leads major technology assignments.
  • Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
  • Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
  • Supports CMS surveyor and provider training delivery.
  • Develops SCORM‑compliant, Section 508‑accessible eLearning for QSEP.
  • May supervise others.
EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience.
