Finance Business Intelligence Analyst II

Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule.
Role Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year + annual bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.
Summary:
We are looking for a data-driven motivated individual to join the Finance Business Intelligence team! Finance Business Intelligence is a central role in driving critical reporting, strategic direction, and evaluating firm wide performance. Finance Business Intelligence has an outsize role within our pre-IPO firm and generally collaborates with almost every corporate function.

Responsibilities:
Develop deep subject matter expertise across financial and wealth management domains
Participate in strategic initiatives and contribute ideas to generate actionable insights and automation
Partner with stakeholders to define problems, identify root causes, and deliver solutions
Design, develop, and code end-to-end analytical solutions
Uphold control standards to ensure accurate and timely results
Present analytical insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Basic Requirements:
Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity for solving complex business problems
Proficiency with data analytics software and tools (e.g. Python, R) and data querying languages (e.g. SQL, Snowflake).
Exceptional communicator who’s able to convey complex information in an understandable, compelling, and persuasive manner to business partners
Preferred Requirements:
Prior experience in financial services or a regulated industry
Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and Power BI
Working knowledge of data governance practices, including data quality and access controls
