"I've worked in ABA-only clinics before. Having ST and OT down the hall means I'm learning something new every week, not just from trainings, but from lunch conversations." Devin R., BCBA, Santa Fe Springs "The multidisciplinary setup here means I never feel like I'm guessing in my own silo. If I have a question about a kid's motor planning, the OT is right there, not three referrals away." Jordan K., RBT, Palmdale "I love that leadership actually invests in team building. It's not just a pizza party once a year, it's a whole culture of showing up for each other." Selena M., Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant, Santa Fe Springs
