LSI Staffing is now hiring for a Logistics Inventory Clerk at a growing logistics company in Blue Springs, MO !

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering stable hours , competitive pay , and long-term potential in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment.

If you're an experienced inventory specialist with solid forklift skills and a strong work ethic, this is the job for you!

Pay & Schedule : Pay : $20.50 / hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday | 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM

Type : Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities :

Perform accurate cycle counts and update inventory records

Reconcile overages and shortages

Use WMS and Microsoft Office 365 for data entry and inventory tracking

Investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings

Operate forklifts , RF scan guns , and case pickers (preferred)

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

Work independently while managing multiple tasks

What We're Looking For :

Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse logistics

Proven experience in warehouse shipping / receiving and cycle counting

Forklift operation experience required

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

Familiarity with WMS or inventory systems

Detail-oriented with strong math and organizational skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Bilingual skills are a plus

Strong and consistent work history is a must
