About the Role
To The Rescue is seeking a Day Program Manager to lead daily operations that directly impact the quality of life for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
This role oversees compliance, quality assurance, and program operations while ensuring high-quality, person-centered supports are delivered each day.
You'll provide leadership over staff, documentation, and daily program performance to ensure safe, consistent, and effective service delivery.
