Create monitor and update all program documentation to include program management plan contract and technical performance reports risk management plans and transition documentation. Provide timely and accurate reporting of programmatic and technical information to project teams and others. Conduct various program management reviews and briefings to senior level stakeholders. Generate and maintain the necessary programmatic metrics to include cost schedule technical operation and quality. Ensure systems are built to meet performance security and functional requirements. Manage resources to deliver qualified properly cleared personnel to address customer requirements. Manage the relationship with the customer and relevant stakeholders. Location : Chantilly VA Travel Requirements : Minimal Working Hours : Standard Security Clearance : TS / SCI Education : Bachelors degree or Masters degree preferably in technical area Experience : Minimum of 7 years as a Program or Project Manager Experience working with software developers test engineers system engineers system administrators cloud engineers and system integrators Strong teamwork team management and interpersonal skills at all management levels. Strong customer focus with the ability to set and manage expectations for scope schedule budget risk and quality. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Experience with cloud-based projects and technologies (i.e. Azure AWS) Experience using tracking systems for issues and problems such as JIRA
