Job Description :

A successful candidate will possess the following : :

The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate multiple IT projects to ensure they align with organizational goals and deliver successful outcomes. This role involves managing teams, resources, and timelines, while maintaining communication between stakeholders.

Specific responsibilities include :

  • Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to program success.
  • Develop and implement program strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Optimize resource allocation and manage project dependencies.

    • Knowledge, Skills and / or Abilities :

  • Experience working in an acquisition program office environment, with documentation, protocols, formats, and deadlines
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Expertise in IT systems, infrastructure, and software development.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
