If you’re interested in joining Mechdyne as a Security Engineer, you don’t have to wait for the perfect role to open. We regularly meet talented individuals before a position is available, which is why we created our Virtual Bench which is a group of pre‑assessed candidates that we reach out to first when new opportunities launch.
To join the Virtual Bench, we invite you to complete our online assessment process. These assessments give us a well‑rounded understanding of your workstyle preferences and how you work through challenges. They’re done entirely online and usually take 2–3 hours total, which you can complete on your own schedule.
This early step pays off: about a quarter of our hires last year came from the Virtual Bench because they were already assessed and ready to move quickly.
